I love to listen to this song when I see a major change in my life take place. In my short time on this Earth I have learned to mourn loss less, and accept loss as a part of life. Loss can provide new opportunities, and one should seek to fill their life with the pursuit of these opportunities rather than grieve for what had to be left behind in that pursuit. I feel as though this song captures that perfectly. Recognizing loss, mourning it for a time, accepting it, and then the rise and pursuit of a new opportunity from that loss. It is somber to recognize and mourn loss. The growth from healing and accepting it. The realization of an opportunity and the fervent, exciting chase of that opportunity. Looking back on what got you where you are. The start of a new chapter of your life. A new introduction. A new Exposition.
